The Government takes the tiktoker Naim Darrechi to the Prosecutor's Office for his statements about the condom
The Minister of Equality, Irene Montero, has indicated this Monday that she has informed the Prosecutor's Office of the statements in which the tiktoker Naim Darrechi claimed that he lied to his sexual partners not to use a condom.
After hearing these statements, the Minister of Equality has sent a letter to the Prosecutor of the Delegate Chamber of Violence against Women, Teresa Peramato, to inform her of the manifestations of this Mallorcan singer and influencer, who has 26 million followers in Tiktok, mostly very young girls.
In the letter, to which Efe has had access, Montero shows his concern about "the fact that the practice called 'stealthing' is being promoted among young people, consisting of removing the condom during a sexual relationship without the woman's consent, which in Spain it has already been the subject of some convictions by Provincial Courts.
He also for the practice of sexual abuse by deceiving minors under 16 years of age and possible crimes of injuries due to the contagion of sexually transmitted diseases.
Montero has explained to Peramato that he is contacting her to submit to her consideration the initiation of an investigation into the veracity of such statements, where appropriate the identification of possible victims, mainly minors, and the adoption of measures .
In a message on Twitter, Montero has stressed that "taking off the condom or ejaculating inside without consent is today sexual abuse and the Law of Only Yes is Yes will recognize it as aggression" and has affirmed that "showing off to 26 million followers of something thus it reflects the urgency of putting consent at the center ”.
