How is Aurora Station, the ship that wants to become the first space hotel in the world

 It is the Aurora space station, the world's first space hotel.

Its official announcement was made a year ago during the Space 2.0 Conference in San José, California, and since then it has not stopped winning enthusiasts around the world.

Housed aboard a structure the size of a large private jet, guests would sleep 200 miles above Earth's surface, with epic views of the planet and the northern and southern lights out the windows.

An excursion won't be cheap: The 12-day trip aboard Aurora Station, expected to be in orbit by 2022, starts at $ 9.5 million per person.
